What we do for Bosche users
- Connect platform and floor scales to ERP and warehouse systems
- Monitor hopper and silo scales continuously – including fill-level notifications
- Document crane-scale results and assign them to orders
- Map load-cell signals into software via the associated evaluation electronics
- Log weighings per batch and make them traceable
Supported devices and series
Bosche weighing technology we connect:
- Platform and bench scales with a weighing indicator: transfer the weight directly into inventory management or shipping software
- Floor and pallet scales (U-shaped, drive-through scales): goods receipt, dispatch and stocktaking
- Crane and hanging scales: weight by wireless link or cable into loading and picking processes
- Counting scales: post piece counts for stocktaking and order picking automatically
- Load cells and evaluation electronics for self-built and special-purpose scales
Typical areas of use
In production: hopper scales whose consumption values flow automatically into materials management instead of being estimated monthly. In material handling: crane scales whose hoisted loads are documented and attributed to the right order. In the warehouse: platform and floor scales that record goods receipts without paperwork. And in plant engineering: load cells under tanks and silos whose values only become usable process data through software.
Interfaces, connection and integration
Bosche weighing indicators offer RS232, USB, Ethernet or an analogue output depending on the model, and many devices are additionally available in a verified version. We read the weight on request or continuously, transfer it at the touch of a button or automatically once the reading is stable into inventory management (JTL, weclapp, Sage, Odoo), a shipping system or Excel, and add article, order or package. Several Bosche scales and devices from other manufacturers we bring together in a single application.
Frequently asked questions
Can Bosche scales be integrated into our existing IT landscape?
Yes. Depending on the version, Bosche scales and weighing terminals come with serial or network interfaces. We provide the software that transfers weighing data automatically into ERP, warehouse management or production control – matching the systems you already have.
Can hopper scales and load-cell installations be connected too?
Yes. Hopper and silo scales based on load cells deliver continuous fill-level and weight data via the associated evaluation electronics. We capture these values, visualise them and trigger automatic notifications or postings where needed.
We operate scales from several manufacturers – is that a problem?
No, that is the normal case. As an independent service provider we connect your Bosche devices together with scales from other brands in one unified software.
Can you connect our Bosche scale to JTL-Wawi or weclapp?
Yes. The scale delivers the weight via RS232 or USB; our software transfers it directly into the packing bench, the dispatch line item or the goods receipt of your inventory management system. You will find details of these systems on our integration pages for JTL and weclapp.
Our Bosche scale only has a display and no data interface – can anything be done all the same?
Usually yes. Many Bosche indicators can be retrofitted with an interface option; alternatively we replace the indicator and keep the platform and load cells. We clarify what makes sense in your case in the initial consultation.
