The starting point in this industry
When sorting and packing fruit and vegetables, checks are often done by eye or by random sampling. Deviations only show up when the customer complains about the goods – and nobody knows exactly what the yield of a batch really was.
What is needed is a solution that checks every item against the target weight and tolerance of the article, guides operators with a clear display and documents the results traceably.
How it works
- Select itemTarget weight and plus/minus tolerance come from the item master.
- Weigh & gradeLive weight, tolerance band and instant grading as accept, under or over.
- AnalyseLive yield and counters, time-stamped measurement log for QA and ERP.

Integration with SAP and other ERP systems
Items with target weight and tolerance can be taken from the material master in SAP or your ERP. Yield, counters and measurement logs are available per batch – for confirmation to production or as evidence for quality assurance.
Besides SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, we integrate other ERP systems too – for example Microsoft Dynamics 365, abas, proALPHA, Odoo or weclapp. The interface adapts to your system, not the other way round.

Frequently asked questions
Can the checkweigher be integrated into an existing line?
Yes. The terminal works in belt mode or with single measurements; rejection devices, signal lights or a PLC can be connected.
Where do the target weights come from?
From the item master – maintained in the application itself or taken from SAP or your ERP.
