The starting point in this industry
For grain, feed, granulates or cement, the stock in the silo is often only roughly known. Reordering is done by gut feeling or by knocking on the silo wall – with the risk of empty silos or expensive rush orders.
Load cells under the silo legs deliver the real material weight. What is missing is an interface that brings all silos together, monitors limits and gets the figures to where scheduling happens.
How it works
- MeasureLoad cells per leg continuously deliver the gross weight of each silo.
- CalculateDeduction of the structure (tare), fill level in percent, status from "critically low" to "critically full".
- SchedulePlant-wide key figures and stock levels for purchasing, production and ERP.
The 10 key features
- Live view of all silosAll silos side by side, updated every 2 s
- Fill level as silo graphicFill height in percent on a 0–100 scale
- Five-level status indicatorFrom "critically low" to "critically full"
- Net weight after tareMaterial, gross and tare shown separately
- Load cells per legWeight and load share of legs A, B, C
- Plant-wide key figuresMaterial, capacity, avg. fill level, warnings
- Detail view on clickEvery reading of a silo at a glance
- Pause live modeFreeze values, timestamp stays put
- Product per siloBulk materials from wheat to cement
- Maximum weight per silo5 to 200 t – fill level adjusts
Integration with SAP and other ERP systems
The measured stock per silo can be handed over to SAP or your ERP – for example as a stock reconciliation for materials management or as a trigger for a purchase requisition when a silo falls below the warning threshold.
Besides SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, we integrate other ERP systems too – for example Microsoft Dynamics 365, abas, proALPHA, Odoo or weclapp. The interface adapts to your system, not the other way round.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need new load cells?
Not necessarily. Existing load cells and indicators can usually be connected; for new installations, we plan the weighing technology as well.
How accurate is the fill level?
The actual material weight is weighed – regardless of cone of material, dust or bridging, which can mislead non-contact probes.
