Mobile axle and wheel load scales weigh the vehicle axle by axle – as a pair of pads under the wheels, statically or in a slow drive-over. Our software turns this into a reliable transaction: sum the axles, assign vehicle and order, produce a record with all axle values and store the weighing in the central database just like at a stationary weighbridge. Dispatch and invoicing get the same view of every load – no matter where it was weighed.
Forklift scales & co.: weighing in the material flow
The fastest weighing is the one that needs no extra stop: forklift scales weigh the pallet while lifting, without any additional weighing step. Add crane scales on the hook and pallet truck scales in the warehouse. The software receives the values via radio or Bluetooth, assigns them to order and article and passes them on – to the warehouse management system or straight into the ERP.
Record offline, analyse centrally
In the field or in the hall there is not always a network. Mobile weighing software by Digital Trend Systems therefore runs offline-capable on tablets or smartphones: weighings are stored locally – on request with photo, GPS location and signature – and synchronise automatically as soon as a connection is available. Back in the office you get the same analysis as with stationary scales: quantities per customer, material and site, exportable or posted directly in the ERP. Frequently asked questions
Which mobile scales can be connected?
Axle and wheel load scales, forklift scales, crane scales, pallet truck and pallet scales from common manufacturers – depending on the device, the connection runs via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, radio or a serial interface. We work vendor-independently; whether your device is suitable is clarified in the free initial consultation.
Does recording work without an internet connection?
Yes. The app stores weighings locally on the tablet or smartphone and synchronises automatically as soon as a network is available again. No transaction is lost, and duplicates are detected during reconciliation.
Is mobile weighing legal for trade?
That depends on the device: verified mobile axle and wheel load scales exist, as do verified forklift scales. The software then – just as at a stationary scale – takes over the weight value and the Alibi number from the verified terminal. For purely internal checks, a non-verified solution is often sufficient.
How do mobile weighing data get into our ERP?
Via the same interfaces as with stationary scales: the central database hands weighings over to SAP, Dynamics, Sage or your merchandise management – automatically and without double entry. Mobile recording becomes an equal weighing point in your overall system.
