How the integration works
We handle the scale side completely: reading out the devices – from the Sartorius analytical balance to the METTLER TOLEDO precision balance –, stability detection, plausibility checks and buffering if the LIMS is briefly unreachable. The hand-off runs via your LIMS's official interfaces or via an intermediate database or hand-off file whose structure we agree with your LIMS vendor or lab IT. Every value carries its full context: sample, method, device, operator, time stamp.
Data integrity from the outset
In regulated labs it is not only the reading that counts but its path: who weighed when on which device, and was the value taken over unchanged? Our integration captures the raw value directly from the balance – with no detour via keyboard or clipboard – and writes it together with all metadata into an audit trail.
